Avishkar

His Excellency, the Governor of Maharashtra, Shri. S.M. Krishna has initiated a novel inter-university research project competition named AVISHKAR in the year 2006. This activity is innovative and unique in its nature.
Savitribai Phule Pune University has taken special efforts to increase the participation of the research minded students from rural and urban areas. Our Parent Institution, Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara also conducts Rayat Avishkar every year for the students from various colleges of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha.
The activity helps to develop research skills, review new dimensions of explore the areas of knowledge as well as the unexplored areas of enquiry.

• Categories and Levels:

  Students are allowed to participate in any of the following category / discipline irrespective of their own discipline / course.



• Categories / Disciplines Category:

  Humanities, Languages and Fine Arts Category
  Commerce, Management and Law Category
  Pure Sciences Category
  Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Category
  Engineering and Technology Category
  Medicine and Pharmacy
  The students can participate in above disciplines in the following level where fit eligible.

  Level 2: Postgraduate Students (PG)
  Pure Sciences Category
  Level 3: Post PG Students (PPG)
  Level 4: In-service Teachers (TH)
