Student Welfare

Savitribai Phule University, Pune has established Board of Student Welfare in order to imbibe the culture, social commitment and national integration in the mind of students in spite of mechanical teaching learning process. In our college, considering students as the center, we have planned some activities. It should be noted that the development of personality doesnt reaches at height due to academic and mental exercises only but it gets enriched with the perfect balance of body, intellect and soul.

Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Earn and Learn Scheme:

This scheme imbibes dignity of lab our among students. The students are allotted a job on field or at office. The students get Rs. 45/- as a remuneration. Students become self-reliant and self- made due to this scheme.

Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyan:

Fearlessness, confidence and courage are imbibed with this activity. Demonstrations are organized for their experience learning.Motivational lectures of experts are organized by the committee.

Special Guidance Scheme:

This guidance scheme is organized for English, Accountancy and Mathematics.Expertsinthe particular subject are invited to guide the students. The guidance has motivated the students to improve the knowledge level ofthe particular subject.

Personality Development Programme:

Overall personality development is the motto of this scheme. The personality of the students is enriched with the guidance lectures. The qualities like leadership, time- management, manners and etiquettes, assertiveness and goal setting etc. are imbibed among the students. The experts guide and motivate the students.

Disaster Management:

Disaster Management refers to how we can protect or preserve maximum number of lives and property during a natural disaster. Disaster management plans are multi-layered and are aimed to address such issues as floods, hurricanes, fires, and even mass failure of utilities or the rapid spread of disease. The students must be known to such mishaps and the remedies over it. Therefore, the board organizes the workshops and demonstrations.
